What's in That Belfry? Tour Ghent's Belfort

Friday November 7, 2003
Six stories of fascinating history surrounds one of Flander's finest Belforts (or belfries if you wish). Here's where the town's important documents were kept, and where the watchmen warned of invaders and announced the market openings. And, of course, we have a virtual tour of the tower and of the incredible view of medieval Ghent from the top.
