Christmas in Europe

Yeah, I know, the clocks have just changed and here I am blathering on about Christmas. But if you want to travel to Europe for the holidays, maybe with an eye out for a Curious Dickens Christmas (picture) in London, Christmas cheer in Rome, or a tour of Christmas Markets in Europe--perhaps now is the time to start planning.

La Preghiera (read our review or see pictures) informs us of a fabulous Christmas celebration, big on luxury and small in scale, planned to be held in their Umbrian guesthouse, the terrace of which is featured in the picture on the upper left. Reserve early. Sounds like fun.
