Soloing the Amalfi Coast

I'm not much for resolutions or top ten lists. You may have noticed. But as I was reading about the atrocious weather in Italy, I came across Lea Lane's Top Ten Picks for Soloists. Numero uno is the Amalfi Coast. Lea opines with a timely travel tip: "This stretch from Sorrento to Salerno is heavily discounted in winter and early spring."

Cool. But probably not as cool as Florence, currently under more snow than it’s seen in 20 years. Matteo over at Slowtravel talk has posted some pictures.
