Free at Last! Vacation Tips for a Frugal Good Time in Europe

When you're juggling your vacation plans--trying to decide between staying in cities or in the countryside--remember that cities can be more expensive to stay in, but they offer a whole lot of opportunity to really enjoy yourself for free. You can wander around gaping at the exotic architecture, peeking at ancient ruins popping out of the ground, sliding reverently into churches to see priceless art and you can participate in many other cost free activities, like open air markets for example.
