The Strange World of Maps: French Kissing and Airport Delays
One of the things about living in Europe (or having European friends in the US) is that cheek-kissing thing among good friends. There's always that question: just how many times do you kiss a cheek anyway? Well, it depends upon which country, and even which area of the country the opposing cheek comes from. So, to map out the French kissing differences, strange maps alerts us to a French Kissing Map. Yes, now you have no excuse--you can memorize the number of cheek-pecks expected by the residents of each French region.
Now you can make friends confidently in France--as long as your plane isn't delayed.
Of course you can see potential airline delays on a map as well. The Orbitz Airport Conditions Map will give you "real-time updates" on airport conditions and delays across the US. Anyone know of a similar map for airports in Europe?
