Sony Handycam HDR-TG1 Camcorder: High Def in Your Pocket

Sony crammed a whole lotta goodness in an HD camcorder than you can slip into a shirt pocket, the HDR-TG1. Sony recently let us play with the diminutive camcorder they've targeted toward travelers, and we liked it a lot. The HD videos I cranked out are gorgeous.

Many of the criticisms leveled at the HDR-TG1 have been fixed by software that comes in the package; you can now easily upload your videos to sites like YouTube, and you can convert the camcorder's AVCHD video to more popular formats for editing, making the camera a lot more useful to the average user.
