Scicli Pictures - Val di Noto

There are eight small towns included in the World Heritage Val di Noto located in the southeast of Sicily. Largely destroyed in the devistating 1693 earthquake, they were rebuilt in the Sicilian Baroque style. These towns present the traveler with a feast for the eyes, none so dramatic as the town of Scicli on a day with threatening skies. See our Scicli Pictures to see what I mean.
