Ok, so you've got the pictures from that Digital SLR you lugged along on your European vacation and wish you could annotate them with a few spoken words rather then trying to write a meaningful caption.
Now you can.
There's a new service, oddly named Fotobabble. (I happen to like the name--but then again I tend to babble a lot.) In any case, here's the drill: you upload a picture, then talk (or babble) into your microphone and save the whole deal so that folks can tell what your picture is all about without reading the small print on that tiny netbook screen of theirs.
Here's my Fotobabble entry: Caper Flower. You find caper plants mostly in the south of Italy, but this one was found in the north, the Veneto region.
If you can't listen to the message that goes along with my picture you'll have to download the latest flash player from Adobe.com. It's pretty sensitive to that.
There's also an iPhone app to make it easy to do this while you walk around Europe with your phone.

Love it! Thanks for sharing. Now I just wish I could download it onto my camera
There is no doubt that the climate change affects many touristic areas transforming them unexpectedly. The need for greet tourism becomes acute, we have to act more responsibly and start protecting these places. I had the chance to have a green vacation and I am telling you that I had the same exact fun as before only this time I felt better because I know I dont affect any touristic area. Turkey is a great place for green tourism, I will definitely go back there.
James,
Glad you enjoyed Fotobabble. We hope your readers have a ton of fun adding voice to their travel photos and then sharing them with their friends.
