Guide Review - Casa Pequeña - Motril, Spain Lodging Review
This is a complex of two different self-catering living areas. The Cortijo is lived in by the owner and his father. El Apartmento is above the Cortijo and then there is the freestanding Casa Pequeña. All three share the front and rear gardens as well as the newly added swimming pool. The owner has worked hard in the garden and has provided shady as well as sunny areas. However, he has two well behaved dogs who have run of the garden, so if you're frightened of dogs this might not be the place for you. The complex is just outside Motril (equal distance from Malaga and Almeria of about 90 minutes drive) as well as being about an hour from Granda and 10 minutes from the beach. Motril and the surrounding area remains very Spanish.
