Autoroute A75 is a famous autoroute between Clermont-Ferrand and Beziers. Autoroute A75 snakes through the volcanic Massif Central and connects many interesting rural villages. The highest viaduct in the world bypasses Millau on A75.

The Viaduct of Millau: Highest and Longest
Completed at the end of 2004, the Viaduct is one of the recent wonders of the modern world. It is high over the village of Millau, famous for the desctruction of its McDonalds by farmer and Anti-globalisation campaigner Jose Bove (see below).
