Italy's cuisine is regional, and in many cases changes from village to village. The restaurant in the Albergo Gigiole has quite a few of these regional specialties on the menu, as well as an extensive wine list with many local wines.
A full dinner with 2 pastas, two main courses a shared desert and a bottle of wine came to 65 Euros for two. Quite a bargain. And, because we ordered the regional specialties, we got a Buon Ricordo plate for free.
