These Paris pictures may seem to have been taken in the off season, but the weather in August of 2006 was extraordinary--after a long stretch of heat, Europe suddenly cooled, leaving Paris with threatening skies but reasonable temperatures, perfect for photography.
Here are the Paris pictures that really say "Paris" to me. It's not just the monuments, Paris is really all about the people who inhabit the City of Light.
I hope my Paris pictures show you Paris in a new light, and will entice you to take a trip there sometime soon. You'll see by the pictures, Paris has been spiffed up, and I have to admit that my 2006 trip was the best ever--for food, pictures and fun.
