Ok, you can't stay here (evidently the on site Gasthof is for conference participants) but what a place to drink beer--in a monastery in Andechs, Germany outside of Munich near the Ammersee. There is a restaurant on site as well. They are also reviving the traditions of traditional medicines and building a cultural center. It's really quite an undertaking.
