Scicli is a beautiful city in the Val di Noto in the Sicilian province of Ragusa. Pier Paolo Pasolini said of Scicli, "Seen therefore, from far away, and from so high, Scicli was what is said La Sicilia".
Scicli, along with seven other cities in what is known as Sicily's "Baroque valley" have together been designated as one of UNESCO's World Heritage Sites.
