Once on the train and on your way, First Class morning travelers will enjoy a full breakfast with unlimited bread, coffee, and fruit juices. Champagne is also available. Here's my breakfast, the cured salmon was as good as any I've tasted. If your train happens to be late, a staff member comes around to see if you need help with connections.
